(1) Adopt triangle belt driving between motor and reducer. The triangle belt will slip if load is too big, which can protect the motor.
(2) The connection between the swing roller part and reducer adopts universal spindle coupling, which not only make sure the swing roller have enough adjusting range but also protect the motor and reducer in case that damage due to overload.
(3) The roller part is the hardcore part of the crusher. The connection between mill roller and main shaft adopts key and taper sleeve, which is dismounting easily.
(4) The gap between 2 rollers can be read from staff.  The place where there is a hole under the staff is the zero reference line. The gap is 10 mm when the machine leaves the factory. The client can adjust the roller gap according to requirement. 
(5) The frame and base frame adopt box type structure, which is strong, safety and reliability.
(6) The workers can adjust the speed of 2 rollers through change the motor triangle belt. The efficiency will be good when the speed of 2 rollers is not the same, but roll skin wear faster.
 

Working Principle
There is a wedge-shaped device or gasket adjustment device between the 2 rolls and on the top of the wedge-shaped device placed an adjusting bolt. When the adjusting bolt pulls up the wedge, the wedge will move the movable roll from the fixed roll, so the gap between the 2 rolls become large, and the discharging granularity will get big. When the wedge goes down, under the effect of pressure spring, the gap between them become small and the discharging granularity will get small. The gasket device adjusts the granularity of discharging material by increasing or decreasing the number or thickness of the gasket. When the gasket number increases, the gap between the 2 rolls become large and the discharging granularity will get big. When the gasket number decreases, the gap between the 2 rolls become small and the discharging granularity will get small.

Package and Delivery
